Having chair covers makes an amazing difference. I would go as far as to say that they totally transform the room, really adding a touch of elegance!

Formby Hall has been completely refurbished this year, and a new Banqueting Suite has been added. Part of that refurbishment has been the introduction of new chairs for the two suites, so I have had new covers especially made for these new chairs.

They are available in White or Ivory, and are made from a high quality "Twill" material. Not the cheap thin polyester that most other companies use.

I believe I offer the best Chair Cover service, made to measure covers, professionally laundered after every use, perfectly ironed, fitted and collected ...what more can I say !

I charge a very reasonable £3 per chair, price includes fitting, removal and Organza Sash.

PLEASE NOTE; when calculating how many chairs you require, aswell as the wedding breakfast chairs, Formby Hall always add two extra tables ( 20 chairs ). These are in the "pre-drinks" area of the room (Ambassador Suite only). you are welcome to have these chairs covered aswell. It is a good idea, as they are on show during the Wedding Breakfast.

If you really want to show off,  you can have the evening chairs covered aswell !

A typical wedding reception will have an extra 4 "evening tables" added after the Meal and Speeches have finished. ( 10 Chairs around each table ).

Although if you are expecting an above average number of evening guests, then of course I am happy to provide as many chair covers as you require.

If you are having your service at Formby Hall, then you can have your Ceremony Chairs covered and then after the Service, the covered chairs can be moved into the Wedding Breakfast area.

Or, you can have both the Ceromony AND the Wedding Breakfast chairs covered, then the covered Ceremony can be used for the Evening Guests.

Organza Sashs are available in a wide choice of colours,so there will be one that's just right for you.

Popular choices this year are Pink, Gold, Bronze, White, Black, Sage Green, Ivory, Burgundy and Chocolate Brown, but of course it's your choice.

We can meet at Formby Hall at any time, so you can choose from a selection of 80 sash colours. I can even give you a fabric sample to help you match your table decorations & flower arrangements.

Note, I always use professionally made Sashes, with overlocked edges, many other companies simply cut strips from a roll of material.

Easy ! The reason I can provide this service cheaper ( and BETTER ) than anyone else is simple; I can cover the chairs after ( or before ) I have set up the sound and lighting equipment, so I don't have to make a special journey, or own an extra van. Remember for Formby Hall bookings I always set up the equipment before the Bride and Groom arrive.

I am happy for the covers to stay on the chairs for the Evening Reception, many other suppliers insist that they are removed before the Evening Reception begins, but I dont agree with that.

Also, and this is VERY IMPORTANT, the covers I have are exactly the correct size for Formby Hall's chairs - they are not a universal size which can look a bit "loose" or drag along the floor or be too tight. They had to be custom made as Formby Hall's chairs are an unusual size.

Formby Hall actually have two different size and styles of Chair, and I have Made to Measure covers available for both.

They are ALWAYS professionally laundered after each use so you can be rest assured that they will be beautifully clean!

They are all ironed before the event and hung on specially made rails. They are then carefully transported, still on the rails, to the venue to avoid being creased en route.
