Dinner Dances are wonderful events, a chance for fun loving people to get together for an enjoyable evening, usually raising money for charity in the process.

The entertainment is of course very important; you need an experienced DJ with quality sound and light equipment.

It is also best to book someone who is happy working with other entertainers, eg, singers and bands.

I regularly provide my services at prestigious venues like Formby Hall. I DJ at all of the annual "balls" there, including the Platinum Ball, the Winter Wonderland Ball, Merchant Taylors Summer & Christmas Balls to name a few.

I have worked alongside many well known groups including; The Real Thing and the Drifters (twice!), plus many well known local acts including Steven Bayliss, Vince Earl, The Casino Brothers, Champagne, Soul Patrol, Josh Adams,Steve Charles and many more.

As for music, generally it's a mix from the late '60's up to present day chart hits, with as much Soul, Disco and Motown as possible!
